Our Community
Our programmes and classes are delivered in local schools and community spaces to ensure maximum accessibility. By operating within the environments where girls already live and learn, we work to remove barriers to support. These familiar, safe spaces help girls feel comfortable, build confidence, and thrive.

Pilates for Children
6-week Pilates programme designed for children aged 11–17. Sessions are engaging, imaginative and support physical & mental well-being. Each week introduces new, fun themes, incorporating mindfulness, building strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
Pilates for Schools
8-week Pilates programmes for targeted groups of girls. Tailored to meet the needs of the cohort. Sessions include Physical and Emotional Wellbeing workshops.
SEND Friendly Sessions
Inclusive and accessible classes for young people with Autism, ADHD or emotional and behavioural difficulties. Sessions in sensory-friendly environments with adapted functional fitness techniques.
Family Pilates
Mum & Daughter Pilates Classes. Designed to strengthen your bond while developing fitness and nutrition knowledge in a family-friendly setting.
Mental Health
Workshops and resources designed to foster emotional resilience, mental well-being, and self-confidence, with a focus on mindfulness and stress-relief techniques. Whilst building practical life skills such as time management, journaling, nutrition, and self-care.
Menstrual Health
Workshops focused on how Pilates can support menstrual health, helping girls learn about body awareness and self-care.
